Recommended intake
During seasonal events, take 1 capsule daily, preferably before a meal, 4 weeks before and during the pollen season or as needed.

Thank you for your feedback. The full effect of the probiotic only becomes apparent after about three months. The bacteria first need to establish a colony in the gut and then restore the microbiome to balance. Taking it for about 30 days is simply not long enough for that.

Long-term project

It's definitely a good thing, but you need patience and that's completely normal!
