Verzehrempfehlung
Bei saisonalen Ereignissen 4 Wochen vor und während der Pollensaison oder bei Bedarf täglich 1 Kapsel vorzugsweise vor einer Mahlzeit einnehmen.

Erwachsene und Kinder ab 1 Jahr. Für Kinder kann die Kapsel geöffnet und der Inhalt dem lauwarmen Essen oder Getränk beigemischt werden. Ein gutes Gefühl

Ich verwende das Produkt nun ca 3 Wochen und ich habe ein recht gutes Gefühl damit. Die Allergiesaison hat noch nicht begonnen, diesbezüglich kann ich noch nichts sagen. Aber für den Darm fühlt es sich gut an.
