Consumers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days. In addition, we voluntarily offer you an additional 16 days as part of our satisfaction guarantee.

You therefore have the option to return goods within 30 days of receipt.

Even products that have already been opened are covered by our satisfaction guarantee, provided they have been used in an amount that corresponds to the recommended intake of an average user. Products that have been used beyond this recommended amount are not eligible for a refund.

Your satisfaction is our commitment!

If you make use of our satisfaction promise, we will refund the value of the product you purchased. However, we cannot refund any delivery costs that have already been incurred.

We also ask for your understanding that we cannot cover the return shipping costs (€4.90). This amount will be deducted from the refund.

The right of withdrawal is only available to our end customers or consumers.
